Preston Hollow

In collaboration with Studio Neshama, this 8,000-square-foot ground-up residential design in a premier Dallas neighborhood is set among sculptural oak trees and a private pond. Detailed design drawings guided the creation of a fully custom home that reflects the chic tastes of the homeowners. Unique elements are found throughout, including hand-laid ombre tile, a wood herringbone floor, and a gold-wrapped bar that sparkles in a moody navy lounge. Spanning four split levels with an open-concept layout, every detail was curated with precision to ensure a seamless blend of contemporary sophistication from every interior view.
